1997

1997 Impact Displays Founded

Diana Wilkins has a vision to create unique custom exhibition stands and Impact Displays is born.

 

 

1998

1998 International Offering

Diana works with some large clients
and takes the events globally
Australian Meat & Livestock Germany,
Kirby Engineering Chicago.

 

1999

1999 Design Technology

The use of 3D modelling is replaced by Computer Aided Drawings,
it’s a shame but makes design updates a LOT quicker !

 

 

2000

2000 Impact Expands

Impact moves to new HQ in Gladesville with an expanding client portfolio and growing team of project managers.

 

2002

2002 Family Business

 

Cassie, Diana’s daughter and now Managing Director completes her Event Management degree and is read to join the team !

2004

2004 Branching Out

Impact expands its offering with added services such as: Brand Activations, Corporate events, Product Launches and more.

 

2005

2005 Fresh Look

A more sophisticated brand is introduced for the 10 year anniversary of Impact.

 

 

 

 

2006

2006 That Time We Were On TV

Diana is selected to talk business with Kochie. The show works through challenges of small business operating systems and accounting software.

 

2007

2007 New Digs

Impact relocates to a unique warehouse style conversions of one of North Ryde’s historic decommissioned Electric Sub Stations

2009

2009 Vertical Integration

With most of our clients needing a full year’s exhibition circuit approach, it makes sense to launch a storage facility and service centre.

 

 

Located in Gosford and large enough to store all our clients displays.

2014

2014 Change Of Pace For Our Founder

Diana decides its time to pass the baton to Cassie.

She returns to her homeland, New Zealand. She remains always available as a consultant of course but just wants to work with a better view !

2016 A Customer Focus

 

Daniel Keily joins the Impact Displays Management team as Client Services Director.

A career marketer offers Impact clients guidance and support developing exhibition strategies.

A one stop shop for our clients and a new, elegant brand for our 20 year celebrations.

 

2019

2019 A Bumper Year

2019 proved to be Impact Displays most successful year with a flock of new clients giving us the opportunity to create exciting designs and brand activations.

 

2020-2021

Looking To The Future

 

An unexpected pandemic brought the event industry to a grinding halt. Embracing the silver linings, Impact Displays took the opportunity to streamline administration, invest in new technologies and spend much needed time with family.
