From humble beginnings to a continued humble present, Impact Displays Australia has been a family owned and operated business for 23 years. Diana Wilkins founded Impact Displays in 1997 and passed the reigns to her daughter Cassie Kosildlo in 2015. Diana is now a doting grandmother who has moved her focus to charity work with her local Rotary & time with Family in New Zealand.
Diana’s protegee, Cassie, naturally absorbed some of Diana’s 35 years experience & it helped to also have inherited her tireless work ethic and attention to detail. This is all the perfect recipe for excellence as a custom stand builder.
After growing the business for years and establishing her own unique mark as Managing Director, Cassie, needed support running the Impact Displays business, in particular whilst some focus turned to her young family. The most natural working fit was for her husband Daniel to join the Impact Displays team. With his background in Marketing and Account Management Daniel quickly adapted to the events industry and relished building new relationships, supporting existing clients and finding new partnerships. Daniel continues to adore these client partnerships and is excited for future display projects, however with this Pandemic postponing so many events and client plans he has recently switched focus. Daniel has always brought an innovative, technology based mindset to delivering unique client display projects, he is now shifting his focus with Impact Displays away from day to day account management and toward further innovation opportunities.
Daniel has also started working with a fast growing retail display tech company to keep him out of the house and out of Cassie’s way.
